סיכום ביקורו של פרופ' ברונו דבאל בישראל
בתאריכים 15-18 לספטמבר 2014, פרופ' ברונו דבאל מ Geoffroy St Hilaire Clinic בפאריז, צרפת שהה בישראל לצורך סדרת ניתוחי תיקון צניחה בגישה לפרוסקופית. הביקור תואם ואורגן ע"י ד"ר אנה פדואה, מנהלת שירות תחלואות רצפת אגן במרכז רפואי אסף הרופא.
הניתוחים התקיימו במסגרת פרויקט של IUGA אשר הקים קבוצת עניין מיוחדת בנושא שיטות לפרוסקופיות בניתוחי רצפת אגן. ד"ר דבילה, נשיא IUGA, וד"ר קוסון, יו"ר קבוצת העניין, נתנו את ברכתם לביקור של פרופ' דבאל.
במהלך הביקור, התקיימו ימי ניתוחים בבתי חולים אסף הרופא, הדסה הר-הצופים, וולפסון, מעייני הישועה. פרופ' דבאל ביצע שישה ניתוחים לפרוסקופיים שכללו sacrocolpopexy לצניחת כיפת הנרתיק או בשילוב עם כריתת רחם לפרוסקופית וכן sacrohysteropexy.
הצוותים האור וגינקולוגים והאנדוסקופיים המקומיים ואורחים מבתי חולים אחרים, נהנו במהלך מהדרכה והסברים וקיבלו מענה על שאלות.

The first Urogynecology Laparoscopic workshop by Prof Bruno Deval in Israel
Prof Bruno Deval, from Geoffroy St Hilaire Clinic, Paris, France, visited Israel for a surgical workshop in laparoscopic urogynecologic procedures, September 15-18.
The workshop was organized by Dr Anna Padoa, head of Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Service, Assaf Harofe Medical Center.
The workshops were part of an IUGA initiative, following establishment of a special interest group (SIG) in laparoscopic urogynecologic surgery during the last annual meeting in Washington. IUGA president Dr Davila and Prof Cosson, head of the SIG, gave their support to the first Laparoscopic workshop provided by Prof Deval.
During the visit, surgical workshops took place at four medical centers in Israel: Assaf Harofe Medical Center, Hadassah Har Hatzofim medical center, Edith Wolfson Medical Center, and Maayanei Hayeshua Hospital. Prof Deval performed six surgical procedures including sacrocolpopexy for vault prolapsed, supracervical hysterectomy and sacrocolpopexy and Laparoscopic sacrohysteropexy.
Local urogynecologists and endoscopists, including guests from other hospitals, participated in the surgical procedures and were trained on an individual basis. This hands-on workshop allowed for excellent surgical training and teaching of priceless laparoscopic tips and tricks during the procedures.
